Race Selection Disclaimer+

Effective date: 19 April 2026

Last updated: 19 April 2026

The Racing Lounge provides race selections, racecards, notes, digital content and Racing Lounge Insights for informational and entertainment purposes only.

No selection, note, rating, model output, racecard insight, confidence indicator or editorial comment should be treated as a guarantee of result.

Horse racing is unpredictable. Non-runners, going changes, draw changes, market movement, jockey changes, trainer decisions, race pace, interference, weather, declarations, late information and other factors may affect outcomes.

Selections may lose. You should never stake more than you can afford to lose.

We do not promise profit, winnings, strike rate, return on investment or betting success.

Any betting activity is undertaken entirely at your own risk and with third-party operators under their own terms.

If betting stops being enjoyable, or you feel you may be losing control, seek support from appropriate responsible gambling organisations.

Digital Products, Passes and Access+

Effective date: 19 April 2026

Last updated: 19 April 2026

These terms apply to one-off race-day products, meeting passes, multi-day purchases, add-ons, racecard access, Racing Lounge Insights and other digital services.

Passes are personal, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive.

A pass normally gives access only to the product, meeting, date, days or add-on selected at checkout.

Your chosen-meeting pass covers selections for your chosen meeting only unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Complete Race Day, where purchased, is intended to unlock racecards and Racing Lounge Insights for every eligible race meeting available on your selected day, subject to data availability and service operation.

Racecards, declarations, runners, non-runners, going, times, results, ratings and related information may change and may depend on third-party data feeds.

We aim to make purchased digital content available promptly, but availability may be affected by data delays, provider issues, maintenance, technical problems, abandoned meetings, postponed races, void races or other events outside our control.

You must not share, publish, copy, screenshot, forward, resell, scrape, syndicate, commercially exploit or redistribute paid content without written permission.

We may suspend or remove access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unauthorised sharing, fraud, chargeback abuse, breach of terms or legal/security risk.

Refunds and Cancellations+

Effective date: 19 April 2026

Last updated: 19 April 2026

Because many Racing Lounge products are digital products prepared or made available for specific race days, refunds may be limited once content has been accessed, unlocked, delivered or made available.

Refunds are generally unavailable for accessed digital content, used passes, expired passes, missed race days, losing selections, customer change of mind, user error when selecting a meeting/day/pass, or where the value of the product has already been delivered.

Where required by law, your statutory rights are not affected.

If a meeting is abandoned, cancelled or materially changed before content is made available, we may offer a credit, replacement access or refund at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

If a technical issue on our side materially prevents access to a purchased product, contact support as soon as possible and we will review the issue.

Chargebacks, disputed payments or suspected misuse may result in account restriction while the matter is reviewed.

Lounge Credit and Referral Terms+

Effective date: 19 April 2026

Last updated: 19 April 2026

Lounge Credit, referral rewards, group rewards, founder rewards and promotional credits are discretionary promotional benefits offered by The Racing Lounge.

A qualified referral normally means a completed eligible purchase made through your referral link, not refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise disqualified.

Credits may only be used against eligible Racing Lounge purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Credits may expire and may be subject to product, date, account, campaign, purchase value or availability restrictions.

Referral links must not be used for spam, misleading promotions, paid advertising without permission, self-referral, fake accounts, automated signups or abuse of the rewards system.

Group Rewards may require eligible purchases for the same meeting or within the same campaign conditions. Rewards are only awarded after purchases qualify.

We may withhold, reverse, expire or cancel credits where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, refund/chargeback activity, breach of terms or technical error.

We may change, pause or withdraw promotional programmes prospectively at any time.
